Recent projects include designing a conflict management session for the 50 top executives at a privately-held food company, delivering sessions on coaching for performance to a pharmaceutical company and to a major strategy consulting firm, and leading career development workshops at MBA programs at Stanford, UCLA, Duke, Carnegie-Mellon and the University of Denver. Her clients have included Hewlett Packard, Genentech, Bain & Company, McKinsey & Company, Mellon Capital and the Sloan Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Rebecca was previously an Associate at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and later worked as a Vice President at Robertson Stephens, where she ran training and development for over 300 investment banking professionals. She has also worked for Disney Consumer Products in Paris as Manager of Strategic Planning for Europe, Middle East and Africa region. While at Disney, she was also named one the top rising businesswomen by Working Woman. Rebecca graduated as Valedictorian from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, with a major in International Business & Economics, and holds an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. Recent projects include preparing the founder of a major U.S. corporation for an upcoming media tour; working with a professional services firm to develop a retention and leadership development strategy; and creating a communications document for New York City's leading school-reform organization that was distributed to 370,000 households. His clients have included BDO Seidman, Katzenbach Partners LLC, The Open Society Institute, Simpson Thacher & Barlett, LLP, the business schools at Duke, Harvard, UCLA, Yale, Carnegie-Mellon and Minnesota, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and individual executives at a variety of companies. Michael's professional experiences include founding a venture-backed internet company, working as a securities lawyer with Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York, serving as a Foreign Service Officer in India and Taiwan, and working as a management consultant. Michael's publications includes a novel, The Student Body, co-authored with three college classmates under the pen-name "Jane Harvard," as well as several articles on legal and business themes. He is the author of The Creative Lawyer: A Practical Guide to Authentic Professional Satisfaction. Michael holds a JD/MBA from Stanford University and a BA, magna cum laude, from Harvard College. Michael's professional coaching certification is from The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, California.
With more than seven years of consulting and executive coaching experience, Heather has worked with a variety of leading organizations including Bain & Company, Lucasfilm, the Sloan Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Oracle, Genentech, Walmart.com, Yahoo and Point B Solutions Group. Previously, Heather held senior marketing positions with growing companies and organizations in the U.S. and abroad. She served as Director of Marketing for Schoolpop, Inc., a marketing loyalty company, and Peet's Coffee & Tea, Inc., a coffee wholesaler and retailer, where over a five-year period she contributed to successive annual growth rates of 20%. A native of Toronto, Canada, Heather holds a B.A. from McGill University and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management. Heather's professional coaching certifications are from The Coaches Training Institute and New Ventures West. She has been quoted by The Wall Street Journal and other media publications on business career issues.

Jordan has served as an executive coach for the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs' Next Gen CEO program, a program that helps up-and-coming women leaders make the transition to CEO. She has appeared on BBC Television, given radio interviews and written several articles on workplace issues. Jordan graduated summa cum laude from U.C Berkeley in psychology and earned a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire in England. Juliet has extensive professional experience in market research as well as coaching and counseling. She has worked with private-sector companies including Amgen, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Hanes, as well as several major nonprofit organizations. Her projects have included developing training programs; interviewing and assessing market trends in the healthcare and consumer sectors; and developing and interpreting quantitative surveys. Juliet was previously a highly successful senior manager at Telephia, a fast-growing and innovative start-up in the wireless sector. Before transitioning her interpersonal, research and consulting skills into business, Juliette was a staff researcher at the UCSF Department of Psychiatry, and held management positions in several mental health organizations. Juliet graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Psychology and earned Masters and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles, California.
Shannon holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BS from Northwestern University. Her coaching certification is from New Ventures West, and she has completed additional coaching coursework from Coaches Training Institute.
